We live in a world full of different religions.

Most people believe that it does not matter what religion you choose, because all religions basically teach the same thing. As long as you believe it sincerely it will lead you to God.
Is this true?  Do all religions teach the same thing? Do all religions lead to God?
First OF ALL, all religions do not teach the same thing about God.  In fact, each religion has major contradictory claims.
For example: Hinduism says that when a person dies his soul is either absorbed back into Brahman (god), from where it came, or it will come back into this world in another life form, such as a dog, a tree, an insect, or another human. In contrast, the Bible teaches resurrection. All who have believed in Jesus Christ shall one day be raised bodily from the dead to live forever with Him in a new heaven and a new earth; while those that have rejected Him shall be punished forever in the lake of fire.
These are two major contradictory claims. Both of these claims cannot be equally true at the same time. Only one can be true.  Therefore, the other has to be false, or they both must be false. Each one of these religious claims leads to a different destination after death.  Thus, we can conclude that all religions do not teach the same things.
Secondly, the Bible does not teach that all religions lead to God. Rather, it teaches that God has revealed himself only in the unique person of Jesus Christ.  The Bible also teaches that all men have sinned and deserve God’s wrath and punishment in hell after death. Salvation for man from eternal punishment is only found in one name.
“It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth…salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”
- The Bible: Acts 4:10,12
When the Bible says no other name, that means that all other names, such as Allah, Krishna, Ram, Buddha, Guru Nanak, etc. cannot save us. Only the name of Jesus Christ is “given to men by which we MUST BE SAVED.”  The word “MUST” means that it is absolutely necessary that you believe on “NO OTHER NAME” except Jesus Christ for salvation.
Why only Jesus?
Jesus Christ is the onlyincarnation of God who came to earth in order to solve the main problem with the human race: sin and death.  No other religious leader or god ever claimed to be able to solve this fundamental problem.  The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the world, is the ONLY one who died as a sinless substitute on the cross in order that He could pay the penalty for your sins. After three days He rose from the dead.  He ALONE conquered sin and death and now offers you the same thing. You can have forgiveness of your sins, and be saved from hell.  And one day you’ll be raised from the dead to live with Him forever and ever.
The Bible says,
“…what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved…”
– The Bible – Acts 16:31
According to the Bible, it is necessary that every person believe on the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
It might sound very pleasant to say that all religions are equally true – just as it might be pleasant if we could all fly – but God, who really is there, has decreed the law of gravity, and we can’t all fly.  In the same way, He has said that there is only one way to Him, and that is through Jesus Christ.
