The word INFLUENCE means:
The effect that a person or thing has on someone's decisions, opinions, or behavior or on the way something happens.
Merriam Webster: the act or power of producing an effect without apparent exertion of force or direct exercise of command.
The power to cause changes without directly forcing them to happen.
